1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They let the site remember things between page loads (like that you're signed in) and help us understand how the product is used so we can improve it. Some cookies are essential for the site to work. Others are optional, and you can change your mind about them anytime.

2. How ApptOnly uses cookies

We group the cookies on ApptOnly into three categories.

Strictly necessary

These keep you signed in, protect your account from cross-site request forgery, remember your interface preferences (like dark mode), and store your consent choice itself. Without them, basic parts of the site won't work. They are always on.

Analytics

These help us understand which pages are visited, which features get used, and where users get stuck so we can improve the product. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. You can opt out from the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Advertising

If you arrived at ApptOnly from one of our ads, these let us measure whether the ad worked. We use Meta and TikTok pixels for this. They are off by default. You can turn them on (and off again later) from the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

3. Cookies we set

The table below lists every cookie or local-storage entry currently in use. We update it when we add or remove a vendor.

4. Changing your preferences

You can change your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored on your device, so if you switch browsers or clear your data we'll ask again.

5. Browser-level controls

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.

6. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our cookie inventory changes (for example, when we add or remove a vendor). The "Last updated" date above always reflects the most recent change.
